With a membership to the Friends Association of the National Museum of Ethnology, you get a passport to a world-renowned museum. In addition, you enable the association to support the museum in the purchase of objects.
The association was founded in 1962 and has more than 450 members. Lectures are organised for members in the months October to May. When planning the programme of evenings, we strive for the greatest possible variety of subjects with which the museum is engaged. All lectures will be in Dutch

Membership is € 18 per year (from January to December) for individual members and € 26 for a family membership.

Members of the association
• have free admission to the evening gatherings, other interested people (non-members) pay € 4.50)
• have free admission to the museum during its hours of operation
• have free admission to the Wereldmuseum in Rotterdam and the Tropenmuseum in Amsterdam |
