Coronavirus entry pass and face mask are mandatory

Visitor protocol

We are looking forward to welcome you in the museum. Together with you, we can ensure that your visit to the museum is as pleasant as possible. 

Good to know

  • A visit to our museum is only possible with a coronavirus entry pass. Every visitor over 13 years of age must show a coronavirus entry pass and an identity card for entry.

  • From the 28th of November, wearing a facemask is mandatory

  • An online reservation is mandatory to prevent a queue at the entrance. You will need approximately 2 hours to visit our museum. Ticket(s) with time slots can easily be booked online

  • Take your ticket(s) to the museum printed or on your smartphone. Your Museumcard (or other discount cards and passes) also needs to be checked.

  • In the museum you can only pay with pin or mobile payment.

  • Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver.

  • Be on time, but also not too early; thanks to the ticketing system you can quickly pass the ticket counter.

In our museum

  • Keep 1,5 meters distance.

  • A face mask is mandatory inside the museum.

  • Upon arrival you can use the antibacterial gel. Furthermore, where necessary, a fixed walking route has been established and soap and paper towels are available on all toilets.

  • To make use of the audiovisual equipment in the museum you can bring your own headphones or buy one at the reception ( 1 euro).

  • The basic measures remain in the museum. Wash your hands thoroughly and often. Stay at home in case of COVID symptoms. 

What do we ask of you?

  • Do not come to the museum if you or your roommates have a cold or flu. You are welcome if you and your roommates are free of complaints for at least 24 hours.

  • Did you already buy tickets and are you no longer able to come on that day due to complaints? Send an email to and we will help you move to another day.

  • Don't shake hands; cough and sneeze inside your elbow and use paper towels.

  • Wash your hands before and after your visit to the museum and use the disinfectant gel when entering the museum.

  • Pay with pin or contactless (pin or mobile).

  • Always follow the instructions of the museum staff
