With uptempo beats, dance instructor Regilio Sedoc takes you along to warm and colourful Africa. The dance movements, whereby you will be using your whole body, bring you in close contact with mother earth. African dance is therefore much more than freely moving to music. In Africa, people contact their ancestors and gods through dance. They also use dance to tell stories. Dancing happens during parties and burial ceremonies but of course also just for the fun of it.
